Terms and Conditions
1. Inspection of Goods
All products sold by Ai Tech Oriented, Inc. (“AIMEGAMARKET”) are subject to inspection and quality verification upon delivery.
If any product is found defective or non-conforming to the order specifications, the Buyer has the right to:
Reject the defective goods,
Request correction or replacement, or
Accept the goods with an agreed price adjustment.
Buyers must notify AIMEGAMARKET immediately upon receipt if products are defective, incomplete, or damaged. Payment before inspection does not waive any rights.
Any rejected goods will be returned at AIMEGAMARKET’s expense, including handling and transportation costs.
2. Warranty
AIMEGAMARKET provides warranties in accordance with the official AIMEGAMARKET Warranty Policy, effective on the date of order confirmation.
Warranty may be voided if:
Unauthorized modifications or overclocking are performed,
Components are damaged by misuse, neglect, or physical impact, or
Repairs are attempted by unauthorized parties.

3. Delivery and Shipping
AIMEGAMARKET ships all orders using the most efficient and secure delivery methods available, unless otherwise requested by the Buyer.
While we partner with reputable carriers, AIMEGAMARKET cannot guarantee carrier performance and is not liable for shipping delays beyond our control.
If a product is lost or damaged during transit:
The carrier bears responsibility for the loss or damage.
AIMEGAMARKET will assist the Buyer by filing necessary insurance or carrier claims.
Buyers must report damage or missing items within 5 calendar days of delivery.
Upon verification, AIMEGAMARKET will either:
Replace missing or damaged items, or
Credit or refund the Buyer in accordance with claim results.
4. Termination for Cause
Either party may terminate an order, in whole or in part, without penalty, by written notice if the other party:
Breaches contract terms,
Becomes insolvent or files for bankruptcy, or
Fails to fulfill contractual obligations.
5. Termination for Convenience
For orders under $20,000 USD, the Buyer may cancel an order by written notice.
Refunds will include payments made, minus:
The value of any shipped products, and
A 15% restocking fee for components designated for the Buyer’s order.
For orders over $500,000 USD, cancellations are not permitted once processing has begun.
All cancellations become effective upon acknowledgment by Ai Tech Oriented, Inc.
6. Indemnity
Each party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other, including its directors, officers, agents, and employees, against all losses, damages, or expenses (direct or consequential) arising from negligence, misconduct, or breach of duty.
However, neither party will be held liable for losses resulting solely from the other’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ai Tech Oriented, Inc. is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from:
Accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper installation,
Modifications, BIOS or firmware changes not authorized by AIMEGAMARKET, or
Third-party repairs or hardware alterations.
We are not liable for:
Delays in production or repair,
Loss of profits or data, or
Consequential or incidental damages arising from system failure or downtime.
Warranty may be voided for unauthorized modifications or misuse.
8. Shipping, Freight & Export Charges
All shipments with freight or export fees due are processed as Prepaid and Add—AIMEGAMARKET prepays the shipping and adds the cost to the invoice.
Collect (COD) shipments are not accepted.
For orders marked “Will Call”, delivery is considered complete once AIMEGAMARKET notifies the Buyer that the product is ready for pickup.
9. U.S. Sales Tax
Ai Tech Oriented, Inc. is registered in the State of New York and must collect sales tax on orders shipped to destinations where tax collection is required by law.
Tax exemptions apply only if the Buyer provides a valid resale or exemption certificate at the time of purchase.
10. International and Canadian Sales
AIMEGAMARKET ships to select international destinations, including Canada.
All applicable customs duties, import fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise stated in writing.
Canadian orders will include applicable federal and provincial taxes added to the invoice.
11. Return Policy
Buyers may return eligible hardware within 30 days of shipment for refund or exchange.
Returns are subject to:
A 15% restocking fee, and
A $50 change fee for any order modifications in progress.
All returned items must be:
In original packaging,
Undamaged, and
In “as-new” condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or activated software/licenses.
Special order or custom-built systems.
Peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, mice, or accessories.
Orders over $500,000 USD.
Refunds are processed within 2–4 weeks after receipt and inspection.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
12. Payment Terms
All credit accounts are subject to approval.
If payment terms are violated, Ai Tech Oriented, Inc. may:
Defer shipments until payment is received,
Require prepayment or security, or
Suspend all future deliveries.
Interest on overdue balances accrues at 1.5% per month.
AIMEGAMARKET retains a security interest in all products until full payment is received.
13. Assignment
Ai Tech Oriented, Inc. reserves the right to assign its rights or obligations under this contract without prior consent from the Buyer.
14. Governing Law and Arbitration
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
All claims or disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in New York County, New York.
Any arbitration award may be enforced in a court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
15. Compliance and Export Law
All products sold by Ai Tech Oriented, Inc. are subject to U.S. export regulations.
Products may not be resold, transferred, or exported to unauthorized countries or end users without approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce or applicable authorities.
The Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable export and import control laws and regulations.
16. Contract Terms
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, these Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, purchases, and deliveries made through AIMEGAMARKET.
Any conflicting or additional terms proposed by the Buyer are deemed invalid unless expressly accepted in writing by Ai Tech Oriented, Inc.
These Terms take immediate effect upon the Buyer’s acceptance of an order confirmation or delivery of goods.
17. Changes
No modification, addition, or change to this Agreement shall be valid unless approved in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
