Ai Tech Oriented, Inc. (“AIMEGAMARKET”) guarantees all products sold through our marketplace to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the applicable warranty period.
We carefully source and test our hardware to ensure maximum reliability and performance, but in rare cases where service is required, our warranty ensures you are fully supported.

We provide limited support for third-party or special-order components not sourced through AIMEGAMARKET.
Hardware modifications or installations not performed by Ai Tech Oriented, Inc. may void the warranty if not approved by our support team.
Parts Warranty
All AIMEGAMARKET systems and components include at least a 1-year parts warranty (unless otherwise specified).
Extended coverage can be purchased during checkout.
If a component is found defective within the warranty period:
Ai Tech Oriented, Inc. will repair or replace the defective part with a new or reconditioned component of equal or higher performance.
Replacement parts carry a new 1-year warranty.
Warranty for peripheral devices (e.g., monitors, speakers, accessories) is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Shipping Policy
If a product requires repair within the first 90 days of the warranty period, AIMEGAMARKET will cover shipping costs both ways within the United States and Canada.
After 90 days:
Customers are responsible for shipping the product to our facility.
AIMEGAMARKET covers the return shipping cost (UPS or FedEx Ground).
Expedited shipping options are available at the customer’s expense.
This shipping coverage applies only to orders shipped within the United States and Canada.
Refunds, Returns, and Order Changes
Orders are billed at the time of placement.
After an order is placed, changes incur a $50 processing fee if production has begun.
You may cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt for a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All returned products must be:
Undamaged and in as-new condition.
In original packaging with all included accessories.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or activated software and digital licenses.
Shipping costs.
Special-order components or custom-built systems.
Bulk orders or transactions exceeding $20,000 USD.
Transfer of Warranty
Warranties are non-transferable to new owners unless pre-approved by Ai Tech Oriented, Inc.
Business ownership transfers within the same company are exempt.
If reselling a product, the original owner must contact AIMEGAMARKET to update the ownership record with new contact details.
Repair Services
Repairs are typically completed within 5–7 business days from the start date.
If replacement parts are not in stock, repair time may extend until parts are received.
All repairs performed by Ai Tech Oriented, Inc. are guaranteed for 30 days or the remainder of the existing warranty — whichever is longer.
This coverage does not apply to:
New or unrelated issues.
Components not originally provided by AIMEGAMARKET.
Limitation of Liability
Ai Tech Oriented, Inc. is not responsible for damages resulting from:
Accidents, misuse, neglect, or natural disasters.
Improper packaging during return shipments.
Unauthorized modifications, overclocking, or firmware updates.
Third-party components that cause system damage.
Customers are responsible for backing up data prior to any repair or service.
AIMEGAMARKET is not liable for any data loss, downtime, or consequential damages.
International Policies
Our warranty and support services are designed primarily for customers located within the United States and Canada.
International customers may experience longer processing times and additional shipping costs.
